This was inspired by the vibrant yellow of the Pussy Willows this spring. They were spectacular and contrasted so well with the brightness of the Bluebells beneath the branches. Blackbirds are always a favourite bird for me and placing the cat looking hopefully upwards at them seemed appropriate given the name of the tree!
