Shipping & Delivery

Postage and packing costs within the UK are detailed below. All orders include tracking via Royal Mail, offering you peace of mind and reliability.

Processing Orders: This is the time it takes me to securely package your artwork.  Delivery times detailed below should be added to these packaging times.

Framed Works (some original paintings and some mosaic wall decorations/tiles. My website will indicate which are already framed):

  • Please allow 1-3 working days for me to prepare and securely package your order for shipping.

Unframed Works:

  • If you are purchasing a painting unframed, please allow 1-3 working days for me to prepare and securely package your order for shipping.

  • If you would like me to get your original painting or mosaic wall decoration/tile framed, please contact me with the name of the painting{s} and your location, and I can get you an up to date framing and shipping timeline, as well as a quote for any extra shipping costs if you're outside the UK. Framing usually takes 2-3 weeks, and I will keep you informed with updates.

Prints

  • Prints are created to order so please allow 5-10 days for shipping within the UK, and 7-15 days internationally.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification with an expected delivery date.

Please note: Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer; as such you may like to check those for your country before purchasing.

Delivery Times

Delivery times will depend on your location.

  • Within the UK please allow 5-7 working days for originals, prints, cards and mosaics. If you have arranged for me to have a painting or wall mounted mosaic framed for you, please see the Unframed Works section above.

  • Outside the UK please allow 7-15 working days for ready framed originals, unframed originals, prints, cards and mosaics. If you have arranged for me to have a painting framed for you, please see the Unframed Works section above.

  

Shipping Costs

Within the UK via Royal Mail tracked or Special Delivery for larger items:

Up to 2kg £4.05

3-9kg = £6.55

10-19kg = £8.19

20kg = £12.19

Outside the UK, shipping costs vary according to purchase. Please make contact with me and I will find out the cost of shipping and be back in contact with you to discuss this.

 

Packaging

All my artwork is packaged by me and sent from my home. I take great care to ensure your artwork is packed securely using recycled and recyclable materials where possible.

Originals: are carefully packed to ensure the piece doesn’t bend.  

Prints: Prints are created to order by my local printer and packaged with great care using acid free tissue and rolled securely in a sturdy cardboard tube.

Mosaics are carefully packaged to ensure there is no possibility of breakage.
