Images two and three will give a sense of the depth of the bowl

This piece was inspired by the Plight of the Curlew Exhibition at Mid Wales Arts Centre in the Spring 2025.  If you’d like to know more about this, click on my Studio Journal Save The Curlew In Mid-Wales. I wanted to work with the image of a female Curlew on it’s nest of eggs. Curlew eggs are speckled and come in wonderful greens.

Ideal as a garden decoration within a border collecting rain water or as a centre piece on a garden table. Alternatively, it may be used as an interior decoration or it can be put to use as a fruit or vegetable bowl.

Size: 36cm diameter

If you’d like to know more about how I create a mosaic including how secure the mosaic pieces are (especially for the garden), please read my Studio Journal: A journey from chipped china to a final mosaic artwork.

Currently being exhibited at the Mid Wales Arts Centre if you would like to see it in person.

Alternatively, I can arrange to have it delivered directly to you. Click here to go to Shipping & Delivery information.
