I AM EXCITED TO HAVE HAD A MOSAIC ACCEPTED FOR INCLUSION IN ORIEL CRIC’S OPEN ART EXHIBITION
This is the sixth year that I have submitted and exhibited work with them so I am delighted that I have a place in this vibrant contemporary exhibition space.
The Berry Thieves Wall Decoration £245
A mixed media mosaic made from china and ceramics, mosaic tiles, glass and beads and framed in harmonising mosaic tiles.
Size: 12” square, supplied with picture hanging fittings.
I particularly enjoy blackbirds for their song and their sleek black feathers. This was inspired by them eating up the blackberries in my hedgerow one autumn.
If you’d like to know more about how I create a mosaic including how secure the mosaic pieces are and hanging the wall decorations, please read my Studio Journal: A journey from chipped china to a final mosaic artwork.
The exhibition runs from 23 May to 11 July 2026. Opening hours 10am-5pm Monday to Saturday.
