Orange Summer Roses
I have recently moved from West Oxfordshire to Mid Wales to an old converted railway building. The garden, which was the Railway’s building site when it was built in 1886, has looked rather like a builder’s yard for the last two years. However, I managed to plant out a rose garden against the house wall and this mosaic piece was inspired by the fantastic orange roses that have flourished this year.
The mosaic pieces are solidly fixed onto ¾” deep MDF board to ensure a firm grip and this piece is framed in a plain white box frame to set off the strong oranges and blues in the design. The back enables you to prop this on a shelf or mantelpiece and you can fit the back with D-rings and wire in order to hang it on the wall. If you would like me to do this, please make contact me.
