Moroccan Buildings in Moonlight

This is the third in a series of Moroccan Buildings mosaic pieces. I love the shapes of the buildings and roofs and their relationship to one another when they are part of a village or town cluster.  The amazing colours of the facades and roofs are a perfect opportunity for me to work with my love of colour. This particular piece was inspired by the silvers and golds at nighttime. You may also be interested to see Moroccan Buildings 1; and Moroccan Buildings 2.

My 2D mosaic pieces are cemented onto ¾” deep MDF board with a border of either glass or mosaic tiles, in order to create a frame for the image.  The back is painted matt with a harmonizing colour.  They can be used as tiles for a flat surface or they can be hung on a picture hook.  They are fitted with cork pads for use as a tile, and also D-rings and wire should you wish to hang the piece.  This can easily be removed if you wish to use it as a tile.  If you’d like the D-rings to be removed before delivery, please make contact with me via my Contacts Link.

Postage and packing: 

Mosaics are carefully packaged in bubble wrap and either a padded envelope or a cardboard box. All orders include tracking and may be shipped from outside the UK. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 days, depending on location.
