HERE BE DRAGONS CENTRAL WALES OPEN ART EXHIBITION LLANDRINDOD WELLS JULY 11-27

I'm delighted to have had a painting selected for this new exhibition sponsored by CELF o GWYMPAS Centre in Llandrindod Wells, Mid Wales.  The exhibition is located in a beautiful art deco building which is now home to the National Cycle Museum in the Automobile Palace, Temple Street, Llandrindod Wells, Powys, LD1 5DL.

The exhibition opens on Friday 11 July to Sunday 27 July and is open daily 10am to 4pm, free admission. Parking is behind the Automobile Palace on Western Promenade.

MAGNOLIA BLOSSOM II, Acrylic and pen, 27×27cm square, £250

The Automobile Palace is home to over 260 cycles from an 1818 Hobby Horse, Victorian solid-tyred machines, classic lightweights to the latest carbon-fibre des.

It is a very ornate grade 2 listed Art Deco building, stage one of which was built in 1911 for Mr Tom Norton senior, who wanted a venue to display his private cycle collection.

It was originally known as The Palace of Sport.

There are wheelchair friendly toilets for visitors to the museum (adjoining the museum and within the building) and disabled parking.
